Augmented reality is a topic that I have always been interested in. I have been fascinated by this feature since I first heard about this feature when I was a child. Eyes deliver 80 percent of the information we need to perceive the world. so I personally think that the impact of vision is unmatched by other senses
In life, the two Google AR functions: Google Lens and Google Map have benefited me a lot. Among them, Google Lens is a function that I frequently use. It can analyze the objects scanned by the camera. For example, when you see a logo without text and you can not name it out of its appearance, Google Lens can identify it and provide you with relevant information.
The emergence of this technology not only brings a lot of convenience to life also has an amazing performance in education. For example, in the following video, the showman vividly shows the structural characteristics of each element and the form after the combination of different elements through several AR cards representing different chemical elements. Through AR, Classroom Education can be extraordinary and more interactive, as AR can enable teachers to show virtual examples of concepts and add gaming elements to provide textbook material support. This will enable students to learn faster and memorize information. Human memory doesn’t forget visuals easily.
Infographics is a very good way to express ideas. Through this week’s study, I learned that different designs and colors can be used to express different concepts and themes. Canva is a very convenient and easy to use software. Below are the posters and brochures I made with Canva:

Hi Patrick,
I benefited a lot from reading your article. While augmented reality (AR) is still evolving, there are real opportunities to engage hundreds of millions of kids who sit at home and improve memory through immersive technologies like AR, making learning more fun, relevant, and useful. Augmented reality is becoming a tool to transform the classroom. We believe that AR will permeate every corner of education in the future.
Best,
Yan

Excellent post this week. Your Canva skills look great and you have been busy working on those 3 teaching objects. Thanks for sharing your ideas on AR too.
